1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BaoDonjon website (the "Site") and purchasing products, including T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, Pants & Trousers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and BaoDonjon ("we," "us," or "our").

2. User Agreement & Account

BaoDonjon does not maintain a user center or require account registration. All transactions are processed as guest checkout. By providing your personal information (including name, shipping address, and payment details) during the purchase process, you represent that all information is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any transaction details and for all activities that occur under your order. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to the Site for any violation of these Terms.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. All orders are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or cancel orders as necessary. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you via the email address provided ([email protected]) and offer the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the overall "look and feel," is the exclusive property of BaoDonjon or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action. The BaoDonjon name and logo are trademarks of BaoDonjon and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BaoDonjon, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, purchase of products, or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.

6. Refund Policy

BaoDonjon offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for all products (T-Shirts & Tops, Shorts, Pants & Trousers). To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You must initiate the refund request by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. Exchanges are not available; please place a new order for a different size or style.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
